With a unique and exciting approach to personal development for gay men, this workshop by The Velvet Journey focusses on helping attendees clarify their current needs, plan the life they want and develop the confidence to achieve their goals. The two-day workshop will include talks led by transformational life coach Tony Selimi, group discussions and a variety of innovative coaching exercises. Supported by fitness professional Will Pike, attendees will be led through a step-by-step process which will give them a deeper awareness of themselves and a new understanding of their own doubts, fears and insecurities.
