Land Army Week at the Royal Air Force Museum

As part of Land Army Week, the museum has transformed its helipad into a smallholding filled with the kind of animals civilians were encouraged to keep during World War II. On display will be chickens and goats, rabbits and ferrets, sheep and miniature Shetland ponies. Children will be encouraged to ask questions and interact with the animals.
