For their major spring/summer exhibition 2020, the British Library considers how far we have (and haven't) come in the fight for women's rights. The achievements of trailblazers like Cornelia Sorabji (the first woman to study law at Oxford) and Hope Powell (the first British woman to gain the highest European football coaching licence and former manager of the England Women's football team) are highlighted, along with the work of contemporary protest groups.
