'Here's three chords, now form a band.' Some of the groups who took that advice back in the day are rocking up to Penzance for a lairy, hairy (but not that scary) punk weekender. It's all taking place in the grounds of a stately home, which isn't particularly punk, but there are some big names from the original ’77 wave on the bill, including the reformed Ruts DC, 999, Vibrators and Vice Squad, and lots of younger bands too. Look out for The Pukes, a London collective who play punk classics on the ukulele, and don't forget to bring your old seven-inches for the punk disco and karaoke either.
