Embodying the sound of Chicago via way of Manchester and the acid house scene, Gerald – both on his own and via 808 State – effortlessly crafted various timeless house anthems, including 'Voodoo Ray' and 'Pacific State', along the way helping to shape the future sound of UK house. His years haven't softened him either, and both his current acid-infused tracks and his acid tongue are as sharp as ever.
