Alexander Hawkins Ensemble

The first in a series of concerts curated by iconic UK saxophonist Evan Parker features this powerful piano-led group led by the febrile imagination of young virtuoso pianist Hawkins. He's joined here by a scorching quintet of inventive improv players including wonderful steel pan virtuoso Orphy Robinson and cellist Hannah Marshall.
