Avey Tare's Slasher Flicks

An American indie rock supergroup has coalesced around Animal Collective's guitarist Avey Tare, with Angel Deradoorian of Dirty Projectors on keyboards and Dan Deacon's drummer Jeremy Hyman. To be honest, we don't actually know what they sound like or even whether they plan on recording any material, but with their shared background in out-there music they're sure to put on a very special live show.
