Band of Pricks + Paddy Considine + Joe Innes & The Cavalcade

Apparently one day a year in Dayton, Ohio Guided By Voices fans get together to celebrate the band. This peculiar event is called Heedfest and it seems in 2011 there was one in London which attracted GBV fans from Germany, Belgium and Italy. Blimey. Tonight is the third one and is headlined by 'the UK's finest GBV tribute act' BOP (we assume competition isn't stiff). And before you ask, yes, that is the Paddy Considine the award-winning actor and director, who happens to be a big GBV fan and will be singing a set of their songs. Free barbecue too. What a night.
