3 Daft Monkeys, Emily Barker And The Red lay Halo, Troubadour, Jon Brindley, Rae Morris, Dan Wilde, Spiral Scouts. Blues, folk, indie and acoustic music graces the pier for the Barefoot in Babylon festival, with appearances from the likes of those rousing, folkish group of fiddle flourishers 3DM, with plenty of twelve-string guitar action, and Aussie songwriter Barker and her band, whose excellent breakthrough album 'Despite the Snow' combined slide, fiddle, honeyed vocals and lonely piano on countrified tales of love and redemption, and furnished the theme tune to Kenneth Branagh's 'Wallander'.
