Beethoven: The Complete Piano Trios, programme one

The Phoenix Piano Trio (violinist Jonathan Stone, cellist Marie Macleod and pianist Sholto Kynoch) begins its survey of Beethoven's complete works for piano trio. In E flat, Op 1 No 1; No 6 in E flat, Op 70 No 2; Allegretto in B flat, WoO 39; and the world premiere of a new trio by James Weeks.
