Noisy electric-guitar minimalist Frost shares the prismatic roar of his latest release (and first album for Mute Records), ‘Aurora’. As well as his own work, he's known for producing film soundtracks and Tim Hecker records, and his current live show – featuring wildman Swans percussionist Thor Harris – apparently aims at ‘blinding luminescent alchemy; not with benign heavenly beauty but through decimating magnetic force’. So it'll be a loud one, then.
