The Vaccines The Horrors, Tribes and more tbc. Formed after the untimely death of Charles (Chazz) Haddon from synthpop band Ou Est Le Swimming Pool in 2010, this one-day city festie (originally in a small and picturesque location in Leicestershire but, as of April 2012, has moved location) pays host to two of UK indie's biggest – the widescreen and glittering synth-pop psychists of The Horrors and the more kitchen sink singalongs of The Vaccines, along with fast-rising and cocky guitar band Tribes, plying the pretty-boy, pseudo anthemic indie rock of debut album 'Baby'. With all proceeds going to The Prince's Trust, this is a rare chance to see some great acts while supporting a good cause. [NB: Festivalgoers are being offered a full refund for their tickets to the original two-day festival in a field in Leicestershire or a transfer to a 'special VIP' ticket for this one event day instead].
