Chromatics

Portland's Chromatics make atmospheric soundtracks for fictional films. Since they formed in 2001 they've evolved (via a near-total line-up change) from a scratchy punk band to heavy synth-users. Their debut album 'Kill For Love', released in 2012, was a brilliant, serious and darkly romantic keyboards-and-guitars affair that easily outgunned like-minded bands such as Poliça.
