Corey Mwamba Trio + Metamorphic

Vibes/bass/drums pure improv trio led by the charismatic Derby-based Mwamba. He's joined here by forthright Leeds bassist Kane and intricate Troyka drummer Blackmore for some freewheeling folk-world-jazz explorations. Haunting Radiohead-inspired group, Metamorphic, led by pianist/singer Cole explore moody/ambient songs laced with angular melodies and abrasive improv.
