Former Tunng man Sam Genders is Diagrams with his sparse, but alluringly melodic and affecting, laudably experimental chamber pop, as on his debut album, 'Black Light' (Full Time Hobby). Expect echoes of Paul Simon, Pentangle and Prefab Sprout but a sound that's very much his own.
