Real Estate guitarist Matt Mondanile plays hazy, chilled-out psych-pop as one-man band Ducktails. He has collaborated with Animal Collective’s Panda Bear, and has a fetish for cassette recording. In other words, he’s an American indie scenester of the highest order – but he sounds great.
