Time Out says

Country-rock queen Harris was singing about heartbreak and demolition equipment long before Miley Cyrus. On her Grammy-winning 1995 album ‘Wrecking Ball’, she put an unforgettably gorgeous spin on tracks by Dylan, Steve Earle and more – the title track was a Neil Young cover with backing vocals by ol’ Neil himself. She’s performing the record from start to finish on two consecutive nights to celebrate its reissue on Nonesuch Records.
