Eugene Chadbourne

An unorthodox guitarist who straddles C&W, freeform jazz, noise-rock and hillbilly styles, Chadbourne's strangled acoustic guitar ramblings have been an inspiration for decades. Like his mentors Captain Beefheart, Frank Zappa and John Zorn, he draws from a diverse palette – including opera, protest song and rockabilly.
