James Weeks directs his choir Exaudi in sacred choral music by German early Baroque composer Heinrich Schütz. The motets are interspersed by the world premiere of ‘Trostlieder’ (‘Songs of Comfort’) – a response by Christopher Fox, setting poems by Schütz’s contemporary Martin Opitz.
