Fairport Acoustic Convention

Long billed as 'the greatest folk-rock band in the world', Fairport continue to delight their vast fanbase while inspiring legions of neo-folk bands. Here they play in an acoustic lineup, a format they first adopted back in 1996, and cemented with the unplugged album 'Old, New, Borrow Blue '. With Simon Nicol on guitar and vocals, Dave Pegg on bass, Chris Leslie on fiddle and mandolin, Ric Sanders on fiddle and Gerry Conway on percussion.
