Maverick NYC downtown guitarist (and multi-instrumentalist) Frith is best known as a co-founder of UK underground proggers Henry Cow, but of late has been a serial collaborator with John Zorn et al and played a memorable set with Mike Patton and Ornette Coleman at his 2009 Meltdown. Playing a 'treated' guiar with drum sticks/cloths/multiple fx pedals, he creates his own uniquely twisted sound world, here in solo, duo and trio improv configurations. Last of two nights.
