Virtuoso accordion player Hernando Arias, London-born but a proud touter of his Colombian heritage, headines the second night of Wilton Music Hall's summer world music festival. Support comes in the shape of Luzmira Zerpa, playing traditional Venezuelan music on the cuatro (a four-stringed guitar) and maracas, and Italian musician Antonio Testa.
