London-based French double bassist Viltard leads this heavyweight free improv band alongside the dual trumpets of Jim Dvorak and Loz Speyer and percussionist Marsh. Possessing a darkly menacing sound on the bass his stark style draws on haunting bowed overtones, microtonal resonances and complex improvisation.
