In the Mists: A Festival of Janácek

The pianist Ivana Gavric curates a weekend festival of the chamber music of Janácek. Over three evening concerts she is joined by a group of musicians who share her passion for his small yet vital chamber output. Tonight, she is joined by violinist Philippe Graffin, cellist James Barralet and The Solstice Quartet. Janácek's Violin Sonata; 'Pohádka' for cello and piano; String Quartet No 1 ('Kreutzer Sonata'); and String Quartet No 2 ('Intimate Letters').
