Join a Choir

The City Chorus under director Paul Ayres is looking for new singers in all voice parts and is holding a special open evening where potential members can meet the current choir, and sing with them. (Rehearsals are normally held on Tuesdays, 6.15pm - 8.15 pm at the NatWest building, next to Bank station, Exit 1. Although it is a non-auditioning choir, some choral singing experience and music-reading ability is an advantage but is not essential. The next concert, in March, will present Vivaldi's 'Gloria' and The Mass in F by Johann David Heinichen.)
