Karelia Suite

The Finnish maestro Leif Segerstam conducts the London Schools Symphony Orchestra in a varied programme that opens and closes with tributes to the eternal city of Rome. His daughter Pia joins the players in the first half for a rare performance of Britten's cello masterpiece.
