Kings Cross is one of my favorite stations in London. There is always a bustle of excitement for people embarking on their local, national or international travels. The impressive roof structure of Kings Cross, by John McAslan Partners, houses Harry Potters Platform 9 3/4 along with all the other amenities you could expect. The square, just outside, has a huge bird cage structure sporting neon lights and leads you onto St Pancras station or Pancras Square.

St Pancras station is beautiful, the concourse of the station is lined with some great retail stores and there are pianos scattered around the station and these pianos always seem to attract would-be virtuoso's passing through the station. The architecture of the St Pancras Hotel located at the end of the station is fantastic.

Pancras square is a great space, surrounded by recently completed modern buildings, one of which is the David Chipperfield's, One Pancras Square, you can access the square from the station through a really cool passage that constantly changes colour! (see photo below)

Be sure to make your way down to Granary square for a cool spot to chill along the canal!

I love this station!

So central, so vivid, so crowded, full of shops and cafes!

If I had to vote for my favorite station all over London, this would be King's Cross St Pancras!

The recently refurbished station has an amazing roof top that has been instagram-ed already thousands time.

Main travelling hub for tube routes around London and trains all over UK.

All well known food chain & groceries are available (pret-a-manger, leon, costa coffee, nero coffee, boots etc.) to enjoy.

Not to forget: Harry Potter's Platform 9 3/4 can be found in the main King's Cross hall, along with the Harry Potter's merchandise shop.
