Music, Rock and indie

The long-standing all-girl grungers may be known for various acts of rock 'n' roll defiance over the years (singer Donita Sparks once threw a used tampon at a raucous Reading Festival crowd, in the same year she dropped her undies live on TV as the band were playing on 'The Word'), but they've also made some excellent, fuzzed-up rock tracks that deserve to be remembed in their own right. Reunited last year after a hiatus that lasted well over a decade, the fiery four-piece are now heading to London. It's not the sort of opportunity that'll come around again too soon, so grab tickets quickly if you want to see them in action.
