The Tape Club Records tour comes to an end in London tonight with three great acts from the label. Including the perky and freewheeling, yet artfully leftfield London pop quintet Laurel Collective, who suggest a more anxious and lo-fi Franz Ferdinand (with a decent dash of Orange Juice and Prefab Sprout). Plus subtly sweet folky indie-pop and lovely harmonies from guy-gal duo Peter Lyons and Kerry Leatham; and wonky electro-pop from the brash but witty Matthew Giraudeau as Dogtanion.
