LONDON JAZZ FESTIVAL: Amarcord Nino Rota

A star line-up, led by Carla Bley, brings some of Italian film composer Nino Rota's classics to life in new indie rock and jazz reimaginations. Rota is best known for his scores to Federico Fellini films and 'The Godfather', and 'Amarcord Nino Rota' was recorded by American producer Hal Willner in 1981 as a tribute two years after Rota's death.
