LONDON JAZZ FESTIVAL: David Sanborn/Bob James + Zoe Rahman

One of the most recognisable sounds in jazz, Sanborn's soulful alto playing has occasionaly taken him into Kenny G-ish territory, and he's lent his horn to albums by the likes of David Bowie and Stevie Wonder. At heart, though, he's a jazzer who has also collaborated with Gil Evans and even Tim Berne, and tonight is joined by the high-priest of 'smooth jazz' pianist James.
