Madagascar All Stars + The Yiddish Twist Orchestra/Sam Lee

Zither player Justin Vali and accordionist Regis Gizavo are among the independently acclaimed members of the headlining orchestra. In support, Oi-Va-Voi dude Lemez Lovas leads his East End swing band in a party-starting mix of Yiddish, Balkan, rhythm 'n' blues and ska grooves, tonight with British folk singer Sam Lee (see Friday for details of his solo gig here) as their guest vocalist. Rather joyfully, we really have no idea what this collaboration will sound like.
