Malija

Tonight’s gig celebrates the debut album launch of a newly formed jazz trio, Malija. Comprising three virtuosos – saxophonist Mark Lockheart, pianist Liam Noble and bassist Jasper Høiby – and taking influence from bluegrass, tango and old-school jungle grooves, Malija are a fantastic new addition to the jazz and improv scene. Highly recommended.
