Mark Lockheart Big Band

Warm toned ex-Loose Tubes tenorist, best know for his work with post-jazzers Polar Bear and jazz-folkers Perfect Houseplants (remember them?), leads his new Duke Ellington-inspired big band. Expect radical and rich deconstructions of the likes of 'Satin Doll' and 'Mood Indigo' among others.
