Handel's oratorio is performed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra under Brian Wright, with a massed choir of 500 voices, courtesy of Goldsmiths Choral Unioin, Highgate Choral Society and English Concert Chorus. With soloists Susan Gritton (soprano), Leah–Marion Jones (mezzo-soprano), Timothy Robinson (tenor) and Brindley Sherratt (bass).
