Monty Alexander's Concrete Jungle

One of the great piano showmen, Jamaican Alexander blends stride, boogie, Latin, gospel, calypso and reggae sources, with touches of Oscar Peterson and nods towards the Jamaican jazz fusion of Ernest Ranglin and the Skatalites. Tommorow he plays a further three nights with his Concrete Jungle Project playing the music of Bob Marley.
