Nu Civilisation Orchestra

Emerging out of bassist/educator Gary Crosby's Tomorrows Warriors Southbank Centre residency, the NCO bring together the worlds of classical music and jazz in dramatic style. Exploring the intersection between Charlie Parker and Stravinsky, especially on the latter's 1946 'Ebony Concerto' which was commissioned for clarinetist Woody Herman, they also perform ambitious original works showcase rising stars pianist Peter Edwards and saxophonist Binker Golding.
