2013 could well be the year for this elegant, evocative, multi-instrumental folk singer, who accompanies her slowly unwinding traditional songs of love and longing on guitar, piano and exquisite Indian harmonium. She's toured as Zero 7's main vocalist, perhaps more enticingly with The Unthanks and Trembling Bells, and will be joined by various guests for tonight's EP launch. But solo her Joni Mitchell-esque stylings and complex lyrics can hold you spellbound.
