Time Out says

Friendly warning! We're working hard to be accurate. But these are unusual times, so please check that events are still happening.

After writing orchestral parts for Taylor Swift, Robbie Williams, The National, Snow Patrol, Pet Shop Boys and The Last Shadow Puppets – as well as the best string arrangements on the first three Arcade Fire albums – Canadian violinist and composer Owen Pallett has managed to become one of the most important background figures in contemporary rock music. Nowadays he records and performs under his own name, rather than the Final Fantasy tag he used until 2009. As well as his beautiful voice, Pallett's live shows use the violin-looping techniques which he pioneered, and which have since been successfully adopted by artists like Andrew Bird, Sarah Neufeld and Emily Wells. Don't miss him as he performs songs from his incredible new album 'In Conflict'.
