Partikel + Benet McLean Band

Feisty sax-bass-drums trio led by powerful tenorist Duncan Eagles, alongside bassist Max Luthert and drummer Eric Ford, Partikel's sound is suprisingly tuneful inspite of a stripped-back set up, a great live band well worth catching. Pianist McLean packs a similar post-bop punch combining hip-hop and swing with rip roaring solos and molten grooves.
