Patrice Rushen/Ndugu Chancler Band

Music, Jazz
Soul/fusion keyboardist Rushen is widely recognised as both a formidable instrumentalist and a prolific composer, sampled extensively most notably for her 1982 hit 'Forget Me Nots' that ended up in 'Men In Black'. As a top level jazz pianist she's worked with Stevie Wonder, Herbie Hancock, Lionel Hampton, George Benson and Stanley Turentine among many others. Here she teams up with drummer Chancler, saxophonist Everette Harp, guitarist William Powell and bassist Fred Washington for two nights of sprakling modern jazz.
