An evening of poetry, music and art celebrating the life and work of Romanian Holocaust survivor Paul Celan. Players from Aurora Orchestra perform Celan-related pieces by Anton Webern and Alban Berg, alongside Harrison Birtwistle’s ‘Todesfuge’ and Martin Suckling’s new work Psalm. With reflections from artist/author Edmund de Waal and contextualisation from translator Karen Leeder.
