It takes something pretty special to rise above the kind of hype that’s been thrown at this noise-punk five-piece from upstate New York. Fortunately, Perfect Pussy have that something in spades. Their debut album ‘Say Yes to Love’ is a furious half-hour energy burst, and their frontwoman Meredith Graves is rapidly becoming a latter-day riot grrrl icon.
