Performance: Objects at an Exhibition
Time Out says
Friendly warning! We're working hard to be accurate. But these are unusual times, so please check that events are still happening.
Aurora Orchestra takes over The Science Museum in an after-dark promenade event in which the ensemble plays a series of world premieres in the presence of the object that inspired their composition. These include the Charles Babbage’s Difference Engine, 2L0 (the BBC’s first radio transmitter) and the Flight Gallery. The composers are Gerald Barry, Christopher Mayo, Claudia Molitor, Thea Musgrave, Barry Guy and David Sawer.
