Peter King/Douglas Sides Group

Acclaimed Charlie Parker-ish British alto sax bebopper King lines up with excellent California-born, Europe-based drummer Sides. The latter has recorded classic jazz albums with the likes of Blue Mitchell, Johnny Griffin and Sonny Stitt and will doubtless add some deeply swinging grooves to tonight's set. First of two nights.
