Ed Hanley and Andrew Turner are the Warp-signed Plaid, whose adventurous but reliably engaging ambient post house/IDM/ electronica has served them – and their faithful – well over the past decade. Mighty current album 'Scintilli' demonstrates that their complex and restless, but wonderfully playful, style still puts them head and shoulders above many of their peers.
