Pulse Grand Opening: Erick Morillo's Voodoo Nights
Think superclubs are a thing of the past? Think again: tonight London's latest and biggest club opens its doors to 4,500 clubbers, rivalling Matter's state of the artness with five bars, five dancefloors and, coming soon in summer, a garden area and VIP areas, all just a short walk from Southwark station. The launch is nothing short of impressive tonight as house superstar Erick Morillo brings his bewitching Voodoo Nights, which go down a storm at Pacha in Ibiza, to London for the first time. He's joined by John Dahlback and Carl Kennedy in the main arch, plus there's a fresher London line-up in arch two with ace electro-disco remixers Villa, Matt Walsh (Turbo), Dan Beaumont, Bicep and special guests. Our sources say that the venue won't be open more than twice a month, but the capital's first Desolat party with Loco Dice is scheduled there for April 16, followed by a Shake It! with Carl Cox on April 21.
