Last of five nights of music curated by and featuring drummer/musician/hairstyle extraordinaire Seb Rochford – here featuring two stunning UK-based Indian music stars. Singer songwriter Ghatak combines her rich vocal virtuosity with sumptuous North Indian compositions with a top-notch jazz trio led by keys man Nick Ramm and drum ace Asaf Sirkis. Luminous Keith Jarrett-ish Mercury Prize nominated pianist Rahman also appears playing more of her sparkling Indo-jazz influenced pieces, here with her regular trio.
