Rock Werchter is one of those festivals where you can check off a good chunk of those bands you've been meaning to see for ages in one semi-debauched stint. The festival begun life as a small blues gathering back in ’74, but now boasts some of the biggest names in the music industry over four days, putting it in the same league as Glastonbury, Oxegen and Roskilde. So you can catch some of the same mega-acts that are headlining festivals across Europe all summer (Kings Of Leon, Depeche Mode, Green Day), or you can stumble around the site and come across rising stars from across the musical spectrum – this year, don't miss Jessie Ware, Haim, Tom Odell or Angel Haze.
