The late Pixinguinha, aka Alfredo da Rocha Viana, was as important to the development of Choro as Louis Armstrong was to Jazz. So saith Clube do Choro, a night dedicated to the chirpy, syncopated Brazilian musical form, who here advance-celebrate the National Day of Choro (which takes place on Pixinguinha's birthday on April 23). Dance class from 5pm, music from 6.30pm.
